Your California privacy rights under the CCPA and CPRA.

YKO Labs does not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). There is therefore no opt-out to submit, but this page exists to make that clear and to give you a place to exercise your other California rights.

As a California resident you have the right to:

Know what personal information we collect about you
Receive a copy of your personal information
Correct inaccurate personal information
Delete your personal information
Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

How to exercise your rights

Email privacy@ykolabs.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request" and describe the right you would like to exercise. We will verify your identity (typically by confirming control of the account email) and respond within 45 days, as required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
