Merchant of Record

Our Merchant of Record manages all payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and refund requests on our behalf. Subscriptions are charged at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually).

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with CareConnect within the first 14 days, contact our support team for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your initial subscription purchase and does not apply to automatic renewals.

Digital Content Exception

Your right to cancel does not apply once you have accessed or started using the service (Digital Content). By accessing the service, you acknowledge that you have lost your right to cancel.

Refund Policy

After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our Merchant of Record. No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer for products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
