CareConnect offers two main packages: Starter (1 location, up to 10 staff) and Business (up to 5 locations, up to 50 staff). Both include robust appointment scheduling features, your custom website, online booking, reminders, and essential management tools.
Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Changes will take effect in your next billing period.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available when supported by your device and browser.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will have full access until then. Your data will be stored for 3 days after cancellation, should you wish to reactivate.
Custom domain linking is available on Starter and Business plans. With the Solo plan, you receive a free subdomain (yourname.ykolabs.com).
Yes! You can upgrade from Starter to Business at any time. The price difference will be prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
