Use of Service
You agree to use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and to respect the rights of third parties. You are responsible for the security of your account and the protection of your login credentials.
Service Disclaimer
CareConnect is an appointment scheduling and business management platform. It does not offer any professional advice. Users should consult their appropriate professionals for specific advice related to their businesses or industries.
Fees and Payments
Subscription fees and billing cycles are collected via our payment provider. Price changes will be announced with reasonable notice, and your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Intellectual Property
All rights to trademarks, content, interfaces, and software components belong to YKO Labs or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or creating derivative works without prior written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is"; we shall not be liable for consequential damages, such as indirect damages, loss of data, or interruption. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time with written notice. Upon termination, access to services may be immediately ceased or at the end of the current billing period.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew with the current billing cycle and pricing unless canceled. You will receive email notification prior to renewal.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
Healthcare Services and Regulatory Compliance
CareConnect is an appointment scheduling and website management platform. It is not designed to store, transmit, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under US HIPAA law, or equivalent medical data in other jurisdictions. CareConnect is not a medical record system, electronic health record (EHR), or clinical documentation tool. The platform solely stores scheduling data (client name, contact information, appointment date/time, and service type), business information, and communication logs for appointment reminders. Healthcare providers, dental clinics, and other regulated entities using CareConnect are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with HIPAA, KVKK, GDPR, or other applicable data protection and healthcare regulations in their respective jurisdictions. Users must not enter medical diagnoses, treatment notes, insurance information, health history, or other protected health information into CareConnect fields. YKO Labs does not act as a HIPAA Business Associate unless a separate written Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is executed between the parties. For questions, contact us at info@ykolabs.com.
Data Processing and Security
All data transmitted with CareConnect is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. Appointment and client data are stored on secure servers with access controls. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including EU GDPR and Turkish KVKK. You retain ownership of all client data you input into the platform. Upon account termination, you may request a full export or deletion of your data. We do not sell, share, or commercialize your client data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.
