Use of Service

You agree to use the application in compliance with applicable laws and respect third-party rights. You are responsible for the security of your account and login credentials. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Service Disclaimer

CareConnect is an appointment scheduling and business management platform. It does not provide professional advice of any kind. Users should consult appropriate professionals for specific advice related to their business or industry.

Fees and Payments

Subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing date. Fee changes are announced with at least 30 days notice.

Intellectual Property

All brand assets, content, UI, and software components are owned by YKO Labs or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or creating derivative works without prior written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or downtime. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Healthcare and Regulatory Compliance

CareConnect is an appointment scheduling and website management platform. It is not designed to store, transmit, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), or equivalent medical data under other jurisdictions. CareConnect is not a medical records system, electronic health record (EHR), or clinical documentation tool. The platform stores only scheduling data (client name, contact information, appointment date/time, and service type), business information, and communication logs for appointment reminders. Healthcare providers, dental practices, clinics, and other regulated entities using CareConnect are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, KVKK, PDPL, or any other applicable data protection and healthcare regulations in their jurisdiction. Users must not enter medical diagnoses, treatment notes, insurance information, health history, or any other protected health information into CareConnect fields (including service notes, appointment descriptions, or customer records). YKO Labs does not act as a HIPAA Business Associate unless a separate written Business Associate Agreement (BAA) has been executed between the parties. Data Processing and Security

All data transmitted to and from CareConnect is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. Appointment and customer data is stored on secured servers with access controls. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). You retain ownership of all customer data you enter into the platform. Upon account termination, you may request full export or deletion of your data. We do not sell, share, or monetize your customer data or appointment information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
