Use of Service
You agree to use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and to respect the rights of third parties. You are responsible for the security of your account and the protection of your login credentials.
Service Disclaimer
CareConnect is an appointment scheduling and business management platform. It does not offer any professional advice. Users should consult their appropriate professionals for specific advice related to their businesses or industries.
Fees and Payments
Subscription fees are collected by the payment provider shown at checkout. For purchases made in the iOS app, Apple charges your Apple ID and displays the localized price and applicable introductory offer before confirmation. We do not receive full payment-card details. Price changes are handled under the payment provider's and platform's notice and consent rules.
Intellectual Property
All rights to trademarks, content, interfaces, and software components belong to YKO Labs or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or creating derivative works without prior written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is"; we shall not be liable for consequential damages, such as indirect damages, loss of data, or interruption. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time with written notice. Upon termination, access to services may be immediately ceased or at the end of the current billing period.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled under the terms shown at checkout. For App Store purchases, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; Apple may charge the account for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in App Store account settings.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
Data Processing and Security
All data transmitted with CareConnect is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. Appointment and client data are stored on secure servers with access controls. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including EU GDPR and Turkish KVKK. You retain ownership of all client data you input into the platform. Upon account termination, you may request a full export or deletion of your data. We do not sell, share, or commercialize your client data with third parties for marketing purposes. YKO Labs SMS Program: users may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and appointment-related updates after providing a phone number during booking. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.
